Returns & Warranty
Our consumable items, such as rolling papers and lighters, are not covered by a standard warranty. However, if any product is received in a faulty condition, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will then, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a full refund.
The Rolling Club reserves the right to change our warranty conditions without notice and to refuse any items that do not meet the requirements stated above. Our warranties only cover manufacturing faults; damage, wear and tear, or any subsequent damage is not covered.
Conditions of Returns
Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct a full inspection to verify the fault. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process. We will then either dispatch a replacement or issue a credit.
If we determine there is no fault, or that the issue was caused by user error, we will not issue a replacement or a credit. The item will be held for 14 days for you to arrange collection; otherwise, it will be disposed of.
We cannot reimburse any shipping costs for returned items. The Rolling Club is also not responsible for items that are lost in transit. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured delivery service for all returns.

Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong product, we can offer an exchange provided the item is returned to us unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.
